Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid. An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds, or, for Cash on Delivery, when we confirm it by email.

Products

Every saree is handwoven, so weave, texture and colour vary slightly from piece to piece, and screen colours are never exact. Measurements given are approximate.

Stock

If a piece sells out between your order and our packing — which can happen with one-of-a-kind handloom — we tell you at once and refund in full.

Cancellation

You may cancel before despatch by writing to info@gitanjalihandlooms.com. Once the parcel is with the courier, our returns policy applies instead.

Ownership

The photographs, text and design on this site belong to Gitanjali Handlooms and may not be copied without our written permission.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes fall under the courts of Hooghly, West Bengal.
