What we collect

Your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can send your order
Your order and payment history with us
GSTIN, only if you choose to give one for a business invoice
Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited

What we do not do

We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details. Payments are handled on Razorpay's secure page and we only receive a confirmation. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only with the people needed to complete your order: our courier partner for delivery, our payment gateway for the payment, and our email provider for order emails.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep your bag and your sign-in working. No advertising cookies are set by us.

Your choices

Write to info@gitanjalihandlooms.com to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. We keep invoices for the period Indian tax law requires, even after an account is closed.
