We despatch from Chinsurah, West Bengal, and deliver across India through our courier partners.

When your order leaves us

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days. Sarees that need a fall, pico or blouse stitching take a little longer; we tell you the date when you order.

How long it takes

Kolkata and West Bengal: 2–3 working days
Rest of India: 4–7 working days
North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman and remote pincodes: 7–10 working days

You can check the estimate for your own pincode on any product page before you buy.

Charges

Delivery is free across India on orders above the amount shown in your bag. Below that, a flat delivery charge is added at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes.

Tracking

The moment your parcel is picked up we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also open your order from your account at any time.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not moved for more than three days, or shows delivered but has not reached you, write to info@gitanjalihandlooms.com or call 98300 64824 and we will chase the courier ourselves.
